This policy covers two groups: visitors who use our public site to learn about life insurance and may share their contact information to request help, and members (invited agents) who use the platform for onboarding, education, and getting licensed.

From site visitors:the details you choose to submit through our quote or contact forms: your name, email, phone, state/ZIP, what kind of coverage you’re interested in, and a record of your consent to be contacted. We also collect basic technical data (such as device/browser info and how you reached the site).

From members:your account details (name, email, password), your progress through the onboarding and licensing guide, milestones you report, and your activity with your team’s calendar and updates.

Visitors: to connect you with a licensed agent who can follow up about the life insurance options you asked about, to respond to your messages, and to improve the site.

Members:to run your account, track your onboarding and licensing progress, and coordinate your team’s meetings and updates.

If you submit your information as a visitor, we share it with the licensed insurance agent(s) on our team who follow up to help you compare and apply for coverage. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may also have the right to know what we collect, request a copy, and ask us to delete your information.

When you submit a form and consent to contact, you agree we (and the licensed agents we work with) may reach you by phone, text, or email about coverage. Message/data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time.

Passwords are stored encrypted, access is limited to authorized team members, and data is transmitted over secure connections.

We keep your information while it’s needed for the purposes above (or while your account is active) and remove it on request, subject to any legal obligations.
